A local cleaning company with fifteen years behind it
Radius Property Services Limited was registered in July 2011 and is based in Totara Heights, Auckland. We clean commercial buildings, nothing else.
Why the name Radius
A radius is the distance from the centre to the edge. We keep our work close to home, so we turn up fast, know the buildings we look after, and answer when you call.
We started out serving a handful of sites and are now rebuilding and growing the business, with a focus on South East Auckland and plans to cover the north, east and west.

How we work
We walk the site
We look at the floors, the traffic and your hours before we quote.
We agree a schedule
Daily, weekly or one-off. Out-of-hours is no problem.
We keep it consistent
The same standard every visit, and one person to call if something is missed.
